We have been performing the necessary Department of Transportation (DOT) Design Certifying Engineering requirements as it relates to repairs, modifications, alterations, and stretching of Cargo Tank Trailers for 30 years plus.  We have a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience as it relates to the requirements regarding any work, testing, or inspection that is performed on DOT tank trailers.
